Never, ever, ever going to buy another car from Hyundai or Kia. My car has now been I. The shop for two months. A new airbag is still “unavailable” for one excuse after another. I keep being told my case has been escalated and that my mysterious case manager will contact me, but they don’t. I’m paying about $250 a week for a rental car and have no idea when I will ever get my car back as there is no indication of when my part, for a current model mind you, will be available. The parts is one thing, but their response to my situation has been beyond abysmal, some of the worst customer service I have ever received. If you really cant help me then at least act like you care.
