Last week was rough. My office at work is sweltering. They also cut our hours again and it looks like for the first time in my life I'll be late with my mortgage payment.Watching the news has just become to infuriating and depressing, so what used to b a staple of my day I've given up. I'm also drastically limiting my online time as it's grown even more toxic than it was when I first started dropping off social media.
I'm going to go sit in a cold dark room, listen to some fun audiobooks or documentaries, try to get over this stress headache and do my best to accept that there are things just out of my control I need to stop fretting over.
School starts back up soon. That should simplify my life quite a bit. Just have to make it through these last two weeks.
